Lost phone number, cant get into account. Support is no help.

I've been on at least 8 calls with support, 10 online chats and still cant get access to the Xbox account.

I've done 6 verification forms, they all get denied and I don't know how. I enter my xbox device ID, my state, my name, my card information, it's all correct and still denied. I don't know what to do.

Every time i log in, it asks me for a code to my old phone number to be able to enter the account, it never did this until 2 days ago, and now i cant even log into it even though I know the password for it, my IP, my device ID, the payment histories, the xbox's serial number, my gamertag, EVERYTHING.

Unfortunately the only way to solve your problem would be to fill in the form or get acess old phone number.

You're welcome. They should be able to do something about it. If not, that is their final resolution. I'm really sorry about it. It would be best to fill out the form with all the correct information possible.

Oh I tried that and it said they can’t get me with someone live for this issue and it just told me to do the recovery form and dident work

I have an account that I lost and there is a phone number verification but I lost that phone number and got a new one and I tried the recovery form but it dident work but I also have video proof that I have the account I tried the recovery form but it didn’t work

The recovery form wont work if you have 2 step verification enabled.

When you first enabled the phone number verification it would have given you several backup recovery codes which are meant to be used in this exact sort of situation. It would have told you to save them somewhere safe.

Did you save those codes? If not unfortunately your account would be forever lost as having two step verification enabled also takes the ability to recover the account out of the hands of support
