Hi I had a Xbox 360 a long time ago my gamer tag was topknotch1988 if I go on friends on my Xbox one and type this account in I can see it all my friend old games achievements and so on but when I try and sign in to topknotch1988 I can't I don't no if I'm
using the wrong email plz help me

we lost the email account long ago and cant do a reset password on xbox.com

im have been having trouble for over 3 years with my account and my dads account my dad basicly had a telkom email (veryold email) that we had on a computer but with time we lost that email and my dad cant remeber the password on xbox or his email how can i
get the xbox.com password back because theres literly no way i can get into the email telkom cant help me witch the email is registerd to them plz help me its been over 3 years of contacting and having problems to recover this account.......

Hey mate,

There isn't a lot that can be done over the forums that I know of, so I would reccomend calling up Xbox Support, and asking them from there. They will do the relevant security checks, and then should be able to sort out your issue for you

Hello Aden,

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have an issue with an account security. You can try the

lost account solution. If you know the gamertag you can request a call from support. If they cab "verify" the account. They can provide some information on the account.

When you go to Contact Us, follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us
Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

My sisters old xbox360e is very fun, she gave it to me a few years ago,however the last time i played was in june, i tried loging in today but it says add securitiy , the email provided doesnt work anymore, and she diesnt remeber anything about it. I wanna

Tks for the quick reply, will call in tomorrow. He also tried to create a new account but the system would not let him sign in under any another account.

You will need to be signed into a Microsoft account in order for you to be able to request a call back.

Since you don't have the necessary info to sign into your account, its recommend that you use an alternate account or

create a Microsoft account in order to be able to request a call back.

Once you get in-touch with an agent, you should still be able to request assistance for recovering your account.
