Your best bet is keep trying, due to in cases like this no one can tell your the specific email / modify or share account details / password reset link due to privacy and security policies

Microsoft has declined the form is sent 7 times now I have filled out every single question and I am about 2 attempts away from taking microsoft to court to get my account back it has 7 years of progress just lost because Microsoft could not be **** to send me a update your security info email I have hardly slept since I lost this account and Microsoft is the worst company in the world for customer service I just want MY account back i can't get in to change the email address and microsoft refuses to help the company should be sued until bankruptcy

I need to contact someone to get the email changed from the inside because your automated system is **** and literally doesn't work I put in my xbox Id my bank information everything correct and it declines it, It is ridiculous and I demand legal action
