lost password for account linked to a non-existent email

It doesn't help. I done that twice. The email account was closed in August 19'. That might be way it doesn't work.

hey hopedstone508, this is really sad and hard news but........without having the credentials or the info to support the account, there's no other way. that's why so many options exist for account recovery 1. email 2. text phone 3. secret answer/secret
question 4. forms with account info

Please be sure when you start fresh to take better care of your account information so this unfortunate circumstance does not repeat itself with you.

'afraid so...my mother had the exact problem some years ago. And the form you mention (technically called the "verification form") was and still is the only solution. However, part of your post puzzles me: "filling out a form with everything i know about
the email adress, which is nothing"...which means what? Do you mean that you don't know the WLID of the account (which you can get from the console itself) or that the email is dead and you cannot get a password-reset link?

Either way, the verification form is the only answer. It took me 6 months and just about as many forms before I was able to answer the questions to the MS' satisfaction. However I must point ou that you should still be able to play with account...regardless
of whether you know either the WLID or the password. My mother could still play online, she just could not access her account in any way.

Let this be a lesson: you need to document ALL the info about your next account somewhere...I know that flies in the face of what you are generally told, but I bet now you see why I say that.
