    How can you not know what your favorite food is? If it is the pass code on your account you are referring to then simply recovering your account will erase it. If it is the code for Parental Settings or Family Settings then you
    would need to contact support and answer a slew of questions before they decide if they can help you or not. If you don't know the answers to those questions then they would not be able to help.

    The only way to remove the parental lock is by knowing the pass code, answering the security question if you forgot the pass code, or have the parent call
    Microsoft Phone Support.

    Yes it was available on Game Pass not too long ago actually, it has been recently removed as far as I know.

    I have the exact same problem.... except that I bought my Xbox 360 used and don't know the family settings pass code so I'm trying to go through the Microsoft/Xbox website to try and get an answer as to how to reset that pass code, and have no help. Seems
    to me that the only help available is for Xbox One. Can you please let me know if you have any breakthrough on this issue
