Lost parent code!

The previous post is for the parental code on the 360.

On the one it is called a passkey if this is what you are talking about if you enter it incorrectly in 3 times it will then ask for the password for the account and if that is entered in correctly then it will allow you to enter in a new pass key or turn
the feature off totally.

in order to reset a family passcode you will need to contact Xbox Support, They will need the serial ID of the console and will do something on their end, after which they will guide you through the steps to reset it on your end. To contact Xbox Support
(Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) via

I assume the console won't show for you at
http://account.microsoft.com/devices/

otherwise that may (I'm not sure) show some options too

Just to confirm, are you speaking about the Pass code on the Xbox 360 for Parental Controls?

If you have forgotten what this pass code is, then you can reset it by following the instructions on the article that covers

If possible, you should make sure your that your
Preferred billing info is up-to-date.

However, if you are experiencing difficulties with signing into your account, it might be worth using the

Lost Password Solution wizard to see if you are able to recover your account this way.
