Discus and support lost owned games in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Hi since few weeks ago i can not start same games installed on my XBOX as it reports i do not own them.     Hi

    since few weeks ago i can not start same games installed on my XBOX as it reports i do not own them.

    Example is Star Wars Battlefront 1 but also Witcher 3, Titanfall2, Wolfenstain and few more. All games were bought few years ago digitally and i have email confirmation.

    I was regularly playing them since few weeks ago.

    All games are also missing on XBOX account in section mygames. Games were not shared.

    Bottom line is that i lost games worth few hundred euro.

    any hint?

    Hmm, what exactly i should do?

    what confuses me that on xbox portal, under my account, i do not see those games listed under mygames.

    therefore how problem can be fixed on xbox device?

    No, i never had Game Pass or EA Access. Just perma Gold subscription.

    Wat should i do exactly as my xbox device is set as home device?

    but on my xbox account portal, under mygames, thise games are not listed anu more as mine?

    how we can fix it checking configuration on device itself? Problem should be solved at account level imho.

    Hove you set up the xbox one to share the xbox gold on the console.

    I had the same problem with one kn mine and after I shared my xbox gold live subscription it worked again

    Did you recently sign up for ea access or game pass and not renew the subscriptions? A small amount of people have reported there is a bug with game pass either with games that were bought digitaly before or during the time they signed up for game pass
    where the subscription ends they will get the message telling them they don't own the game they are trying to play.
