Lost of month of my subscription

Hi, sorry to hear that's happening. I would recommend first double-checking your

order history to make sure that the 3-month purchase is reflected there as expected, and check your

Services & Subscriptions page to see what is reflected there and/or if any messages regarding past due payments show there. Based on the timing, make sure to double-check that it was a Game Pass Ultimate subscription; I believe that if it happened to be
a 3-month code for regular Game Pass, and you already had Game Pass Ultimate, it would automatically convert to 2 months of Ultimate, which might coincide with the 2-month timeframe here.

If what you see in the billing sites shows that you still have the active Game Pass Ultimate subscription and that's not showing up your console for some reason, try a

physical power cycle of your console, and if that doesn't work, and if that doesn't resolve the issue, try

removing and then re-adding your profile to the console (make sure you know the email/password associated with your account before trying this).

If the details on your order history and/or services/subscriptions don't look as you would expect them, you might need to contact an official Xbox Support billing representative to help with the issue. And if the billing information looks correct but the
console still won't run the game after those troubleshooting steps, you may need advanced troubleshooting. For both of these scenarios, your best bet would be to

contact an official Xbox Support rep at their main contact site. Hope this helps!

i changed and lost my 11 months left of gold subscription !!!!!!!!!!!

Had a quick check and it does look like I lost the last couple of days of my prepaid subscription. On the plus side, my new subscription lasts nearly a full month longer than what I lost so it's no big loss; just more of an annoyance that my subscription
now ends a few days before the end of the month.

Just a friendly reminder though that once we redeemed the subscription included on our device, it will no longer show up on Microsoft Store or on our notification tab on Xbox App, but it should be active now on your Microsoft account.

Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services using all Microsoft accounts that you own and locate the active subscription.

Agreed. Apparently they got rid of the 6 month option?? Lost a customer there. Cant have a monthly subscription on my 8 year old's account. This was a bad move...
