Lost of CR after trying to bid on Forza horizon 5

Auctio House bugs like this are a known issue with the game:

"Auction House - Bid may fail and remove credits. Player may receive a "Bid Failed" or a "Not enough credits" message"

You can try submitting a ticket but I doubt you will get your credits back....even if you do, it may take weeks, if not months due to how many tickets they are currently receiving. It would just be quicker to run the Goliath or whatever to earn those credits back

I suspect it is the same issue as this which is an issue that is known to the Developer:

Forza Horizon 5 Known Issues List

They have been purging glitched CR from the game. You only need to worry if you take those glitched 999,999,999 CR to bid on a unicorn. Glitchers aren't too smart. <p> regular bids wont raise any eyebrows.

I didnt create any new account i just recover it with the microsoft recovery steps like password and after the phone number that was not changed but my main problem its that i lost the games that i payed i had Forza Horizon 4 Forza Horizon 5 and some DLS`s that are all gone and i want my games back i even have the proof for Forza Horizon 5.
