    Lost ODST-Code for Halo:MCC


    I accidentally deleted the E-Mail containing the code for Halo 3:ODST on Master Chief Collection some while back, when I didn't plan on getting an XBox for myself.

    Now I have one, and I could use the code.

    Getting a replacement code would be very nice.

    I lost my redemption code for Halo: ODST. I fit the criteria from the MCC launch and have the email, but the code disappeared from my messages before I was able to redeem it.

    As Mister Maka stated, we're unable to determine that your account played in the eligible time period to receive ODST, or that a code was sent to the account you're posting from. You can find specific information about eligibility over at our

    Online users that logged in with their Xbox Live account and played Halo: The Master Chief Collection on any day from November 11, 2014 through December 19, 2014 at 11:59 pm PDT are eligible for a free code granting access
    to the Campaign for Halo 3: ODST on Xbox One. Offer is non-transferable.
    Due to this, we are unable to assist further. Apologies for any frustration this may have caused.
