Lost My Xbox Preview!!

You were told wrong. Your best bet would be to post in the Preview section of the forum, but since you are no longer in the Preview, you may not be able to access it.

I was told to post this by xbox support for (hopefully you) the guys that fix preview problems!

i had it, but the app for the preview isnt in my games and apps section anymore :/ yet i was in the gears beta? dafudge?

Matrix, if you're in the preview program, you can "opt out" by selecting an option through the preview app that all preview members have access to - when you do that, you'll automatically be removed when the next update comes through. While I'm sure there
are ways to be "removed" from the program, I don't know what those are or what you would have to do to have such a thing happen (althoug I imagine it would fall under violating the Xbox Live Code of Conduct and/or Terms of Use). It's also very unlikely, but
if someone else has access to your console/profile, they may have removed you without your knowledge.

The easiest solution, IMO, is to simply have a friend who's in the program reinvite you.
