lost my xbox one console

so I had problem with my xbox one console as it stopped playing games (CD's or other) I talked to support and they told me that as it is still in warranty, they can replace my xbox one. I was pretty happy and did as i was asked and posted the console. It
has been quiet a while now and I have not heard anything from the support team. I tried to contact support via chat and everyday they say that "they have received my console and they will be updating me any minute". SERIOUSLY i feeling like chasing ghosts,
it feels like they have computers set up to answer. This is the worst experience I ever had and i still have not recieved any email or anything about my xbox one console, so frustrated.

So is this normal, is there support actually this bad? should i be worried ? can you guys share your experiences please?

Games downloaded from 360 to One

I was robbed and lost my console 360, i had the digital GTA game, Can i get it again in my new console Xbox One?

 

Lost save game

I have 2 profile one my xbox one console and when my sister start a new ac4 game I lost my save game

 

I have had to phone Xbox Support in the past. Not to change a console but found them very good, polite, helpful etc.

I have seen others post where like you they haven't been happy with the support they received.

I wouldn't personally worry that you will never received your console back, it just looks like for whatever reason it's taking it's time. If I were you and this probably isn't what you want to hear but I'd keep contacting them by phone. Explain your not
happy with the support you are getting and would really like to know what's happening, when will you receive your console?

Yeah,i wouldn't worry.

Last time I sent my console of they never sent me any emails,i had to keep checking on the repair status page & that was out of date most of the time.

It was still saying "ready to be shipped" a few days after I had got the console back.

 

so in other words the status page is not work the storage space it takes up on their server's ...

I hope I never have to send my Xbox One off to Microsoft lol

well thinking about it if after the 1 year shop warranty run out and I got issues, I doubt I would bother sending in for repair ...

I would probs just buy a new console to avoid the stress their customer support would cause if it's as bad as that.

 

It does work,it just sometimes takes a while to update.It's down to the repair centre to update it,not customer support.
