Lost my tenure status?

Hello! On my Xbox 360 in my gamertag it shows 10.

When I use my Xbox one there is no number at all in my profile. What gives?

Lost 2 years off my gt's tenure.

I lost 2 years off my xbl accounts tenure a day after switching my locale to Canada, I switched it back after a day, realizing I had lost 2 years off my 5 year tenure. I was almost at 6 years, and hope I can get my 5 back. Gt is lmob

 

Tenure lost

Lots of people lost their tenure between august 5th and august 6th. I lost 7 years.

Xbox support are currently in the process of fixing the problem.

My tenure came back earlier today and so have a lot of people. so yours should come back in time.

If you haven't done so already you could try redownloading your profile to see if it helps bring your tenure back

 

It be a green circle with number in your profile. It be with your I large gamerpic will be. I not on my one. So I can not give you the step by step to get there.

 

I know where it is... I just don't have anything above my gamerscore.

 

I also just deleted my profile on my Xbox one and tried to redownload it. No change.

 

It bottom part of the gamerpic and aboved how meny friend,followers and rep.

 

I dont like how the xbox one profile viewing is set up.
