    unable to use pomotion code

    i am un able to redeem a code from a xbox live it was a promotional code for $90.00 dollars

    i recive the messege on my xbox console on 03/31/2016 at 3:56 pm the messege states

    that i can redeem the code before 11/04/2016 but when i tryed to redeem it i could not so

    i called the support line and was told that the code has expiered something i was not made

    aware of.

    Received a 5 dollar offer

    So i received a code for five dollars that i could only redeem in USA(I'm from México) So i changed region to USA in order to redeem the code, now i only have the 5 dollars whenever i change back region to USA, but i want that money be in my Mexico credit,
    is there any day you can help me?

    hello xbox live i wanna know u guys disable me from sending messege to my friends it saying i did something wrong an i didn't can i plz be able to messege my friends to ask to see if i can play with them on warframe i can't even send messege on there either
    u disable it all form me why when i anit the one sending bad messege out to people they sending them 2 me. i am the one who shouldn't be disable from sending messege

    I got the gears of war remaster redeem codes for the xbox 360 versions of gears 123 and judgement, now i redeemed gears 3 since i play that the most but waas gonna wait to download the redt another time, so just last week i finally was gonna redeem the rest

    i'm having exactly the same problem. i had auto renew selected and then my bank card had to be replaced after it was lost. I put the new visa number and details in and now all i get is error messeges.
