Lost my quantum break for win 10 code

Hello,

I recently got a new win 10 PC and wanted to redeem my QB code for pre-ordering XBOX1 version.

Then I realized for a some dumb reason messages are deleted after a month or so.

How can I get my code back? I've never got to use it..
