    This first happened to me when bo1 became backwards compatible - I lost all the DLC except Shangri La. Support couldnt help and I accepted that I mustve been mistaken.

    Then today I noticed that Doom (5/12/2016) is no longer installable despite knowing without a doubt that I purchased it- meant to get killing floor at the time, but this is honestly just bewildering.

    I have no intention of playing the game again, just thought I would let you guys know that this is happening.

    I still want those bo1 map packs back though.

    I also had this problem!

    If you have payment of proof (even such as a bank statement), contact Xbox support! I'm sure they will be able to reinstate the game for you after investigating.

    just lost my multilayer progress. That's a day after I lost all of my single player progress., This game is a joke! If anybody out there is reading this and hasn't purchased the game yet, you'd do well to choose another game.
