    Lost my profile, can't download it. HELP please


    Hey.

    I've bought a new game earlier in the day. After this, and a few hours of download I had a problem with this new game.

    So I decided to delete it and re-install it after. I bought it on the market place from official xbox website (microsoft etc).

    Since I've re-installed it, my main profile got deleted and I can't download it anymore from internet.

    So I lost everything.

    Please help me get my profile back and my new game also (wich was diablo 3 reaper of soul extension) .

    Help me find an answer, the support is sooooooooooo hard to reach ....

    So i tried t connect to the internet but it didnt let me. I deleted my profile and when i tried to redownload it from x/live it said that profiles cannot be downloaded, at the bottom it said the code
    800704cd. Please help!!

    xbox 'lost' my profile and it won't let me redownload it

    This morning I logged into m y profile but the xbox crashed. I started it again but it had lost my profile??? I tried to download it again but it just keeps saying that I can't download at this time. Help!

    It may be part of the current issue with Live - https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status

    Mine isnt working either i was on it this morning playing on MW3 for bout 1 hour then i came off it to go out when i came back and went back on it i couldnt get on, so i tried the test xbox live connection and everything is fine but on LIVE status all is
    ticked except service which says

    this type of thing happened to me also.....i lost my avatars cant customize them all my themes are gone.....its that gray avatar which is on the create profile and download profile tht appears on all the profile................please help!! m freaking out
