    Lost my profile and cannot get it back


    I recently was trying to play on my Xbox 360 after a couple years of not playing on it. I had deleted only my profile (not my data) from the xbox, and now my whole profile changed! My achievements and everything else is gone! Is there a way to get it back?
    My old profile name was 66 and is now stylishaxe? I would like my old account back!

    My Xbox live gold is t on my console!?

    I lost my Xbox live profile!!! I rearranged my living room and got everything hooked back up and now when I turn it on my profile disappeared and then I'd try downloading it and itd say profiles cannot be downloaded at this time!!! Idk what to do, ive
    tried to unplug and replug everything in again but nothing.

    Did you have an offline profile or did it have an email and password attached to the original gamertag?

    With the 360s you could have what is called an offline profile that was not a part of xbox live and just attached to the console itself. If this was the case then It is gone with all of its achievements.

    Now when I went on account.xbox.com and searched for your wimpishfiddle66 gamertag it did pull up a profile with a Gamerscore of 5959 so if this is the correct Gamerscore that means that your account was not an offline profile and what probably happened
    was that you did not sign in with the correct email account for that gamertag.

    the easiest way to find out what the email would have been for that gamertag would be to contact xbox support by going to support.xbox.com/contact-us and giving them that gamertag and if they can verify the ownership of the account they can give you
    the email that was associated with that gamertag.

    It looks like you may have created a new profile rather than logged into your old one. Did you log in using the same email and password that is set up for that account?

    Microsoft changed the way logins work a while back, it made things a lot easier for you, but required a log in to work. You'll need to contact phone or chat support to get your information.
