Lost my old GamerTag after I sold my old console and can't recover

Hello,

I have used that recovery link about 5 times and each time it says I don't have enough information. I have my email, phone, address, zip, gamertag & all that information, but it keeps showing I don't have enough info. Do you have a phone number I could call, or could you assist?

It is not possible to retrieve an account with the Gamertag and no Microsoft agent can tell you which email is linked to the Gamertag.

You can retrieve the account with the email, skype, or phone linked to the account.

Thanks for your reply. If i recover my gamertag on my new console, will i have ban risk? Its a brand new console, but i just want to use my old gamertag.

I have a similar issue myself. I have contacted support 5 times and provided gamertag, parent gamertag, email, parent email, console id, console serial number, ip address plus the old password for the account

Still, they were not able to recover the parent account so I can accept the damn rules.
