    Hello Golden Turtle,

    Thanks for posting here on the Xbox forums. I'm not sure why Ubisoft would have sent you to Microsoft when in-game currency/content being missing is handled by the developer. They may have wanted you to attempt basic troubleshooting first?

    In that case, try
    removing your profile from the Xbox and then adding it back    . Afterwards, check to see if your content/currency is on your account. Also, make sure the order was completed. You can
