    Lost my microsoft account for good and want to cancel my Game pass subscription


    So, I woke up today to my account suddenly being lost, and after attempting the recovery thing twice without success, I have pretty much given up and moved on to my other email account.

    It sucks cuz I did have a lot of hours on some games and unlocked a lot of ****, but it is what it is, really.

    My issue, however, is that I wanna cancel my game pass subscription that I had on said account, but I cannot do that without accessing my account, which I cannot do because I keep failing the damn recovery thing.

    So what do I do? I don't wanna keep paying for an account I can't even use. Help?

    I tried to login to both my old accounts and it says they don’t exist. Idk what to do all my games are on there

    Hi T1nyB4d4ss, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    Just a friendly reminder though that for account recovery the only option will be through recovery form. Just a piece of advice make sure to use the same device that you previously used, use a network connection that you also use, and make sure to provide additional information such as the Xbox Live Device ID if you have used it on your Xbox console.

    Also, you can dispute the charge to your bank if ever there is no success in recovering the account.

    I legit just want Microsoft to cancel my friggin subscription.

    Can't they even do that?!
