hello, I forgot my email to enter iBox live, I can provide all the evidence that I had access to it and bought games using a card, help please. first mail was *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** tag in xbox live Voteablefiber

X-Box Live profile

Hallo,

i hope you can help me here...

I bought an Xbox 360 many years ago and registed an Gamertag on the same time. Therefore i used an E-Mail address which is now not available for me any more.

So i've tried to move my Gamertag to my new X-Box-Live-account with my actual E-Mail-Address (this one). But it doesn't work... Now i have the Problem, that i need to answer a security Code when i try to go online with my Gamertag. It seems like they sent
me the security Code to the old E-Mail-Address.

I don't want to make a new account - All my savegames will be lost and i also have a running xbox-live-gold abo which i want to be able to use. I can't change anything because i can't login in my old account anymore (i know my old Login-Data but it doesn't
work...). I hope Microsoft can help me, i want to play online with my friends with my old profile...

Someone Else Using My Email?

Is this the same e-mail you used to login here? If so, contact Xbox Support, sounds like some lines may have crossed to cause this to happen.

I lost the account it has been hacked and i can't login with my own email. I have the transaction email from minecraft in my mail but i can't login on that account anymore

i dont remember how i got this gametag as a never had Xbox. I alwayse login using my personal e-mail. There is no other e-mail for Minacraft.

Thanks for reply. Yes, i mean e-mail. i have found e-mail which had payment confirmation and more info about it but when i try to login with that email system says there is no profile using that email.
