    At this point I'm done calling. All they keep telling me that they have escalated the issue. At this point sounds like a broken record. I'm going to write a letter to the headquarters. This is not just not being able to logon to my xbox. My issue is that
    this account is connected with my entire Microsoft profile from 365 to Skype. And all my access is lost due to their server issue and no one has taken responsibility or accountability for resolving the issue.

    Games not launching (but they were yesterday)

    I have being trying to logon to xbox to do my daily challenges (microsoft solitaire, suduko, minesweeper and even wordament) via windows 10 and it keeps failing and asking me to check my internet connection, which is perfectly fine. These were all working
    yesterday, but not today - is there a problem? I did have some microsoft updates yesterday has this caused the problem?
