    hi my xbox360 froze and crashed and now i cant find my profile. i know the gamer tag but none of the emails i have have been able to download it. my profile was bulkysoup210. how can i resolve this?

    That is correct. Give phone support a call. They'll ask you some account specific questions. So long as you can answer them they will give you email associated with the gamertag.

    I lost my account but It wasn't migrated. Just got It back yesterday and lost it on the 20th of December. Refunded all of my points and gave me 2 months of live for my troubles.
