    Lost my limbo code!


    I've got a problem.

    Like all the other Xbox One users who have had a console for a year, I got a code for Limbo. However, while I was clearing out my messages, I accidently deleted the message with the code inside. I'm freaking out right now. What can I do?

    What site is telling you to post this to get a free code??

    Each of these posts i have seen are word for word the same.

    That is the section for support on Xbox One promotions.

    If you go there make your own post, do not add to someones already posted issue.

    Explain what happened ask them too verify you were a code receiver, ask them too verify that you also have not redeemed said code.

    Once you have taken these steps I'm positive they will send you another.

    After you have posted make sure to be patient and check back on your thread as it will take them a few days too get back to you, and potentially even longer since its the holidays.

    Have you checked your email associated with your gamer tag? Some people on here reported getting the code via email. They might of sent it via email too you as well. Otherwise follow the post above.

    It is allways worth a shot checking the email but i have not heard of one person getting it via email. They did this through live messaging with two messages. One said:

    Thanks for being an Xbox One early adopter. To celebrate Year One, we’re giving you LIMBO when it's released. Stay tuned, your free code will arrive here.

    View this message on your console.

    The other message says:

    Thanks for being an Xbox One early adopter! Here is your free token for LIMBO, 7R4DQ-Y2TKG-P46J4-CMJQG-HPQ2Z. ESRB Rating: Teen - Animated Blood, Mild Violence

    And ps i have already used that code so don't bother trying. If i hadn't it wouldn't be implemented.
