Lost my KI data! :-( Could the June Pin Challenge Update have had anything to do with it?

I play KI almost daily. I was really excited about playing with Sadira after watching some of master Kiko's videos on youtube, and to my dismay, I cam home to a wiped clean KI. My save data, like many others, is gone :-( I did notice that there must have
been some patch update because my KI classic now says "Installation Stopped" at 99% even thought it was already installed and used before, I think they patched something for the new Pin challenge which has to do with beating Eyedol with any 2 characters. Not
sure if it helps you guys but my gamertage is , maybe you can see something on your end that caused it to prevent it from happening to other people. I dont wish it upon anyone, I am upset all my hard work is gone, but I am just starting from scratch,
no biggie. Hopefully this does get resolved in the future, its just said seeing clips of my old stuff but not having any of the stages, accessories, taglines, etc. My quest for it all restarts tonight!

happened to me also had deck keys lost all my cards campaign and challenge data but microsoft wont do anything

Killer Instinct - Lost all Data

So...I logged into a friends Xbox one, and apparently because of it, I lost all of my data. My ranking data, all my KI points, everything I've purchased in the game with KI points...needless to say this is really annoying as it pretty much reset my game
completely.

KI Classic had it's own update(it's a separate game than the new KI) and I had the same problem with KI Classic installation messages. A uninstall and reinstall will fix that. The game doesn't have to update for the Pin Challenges, it just displays a new
message on the blade. There probably won't be a new patch till Season 2 since besides the reset glitch(which is minimal in the community) there are no game breaking bugs at this time.

A reset usually happens when there have been two players playing KI together. Usually it's because Kinect auto-signs someone in, but I've personally seen it happen when two people are playing with only one person having an account on the system and the other
being a guest.

I'm hoping I can get some help here... I purchased the KI Pin Ultimate Edition at the end of March, and promptly downloaded the game (and add-on) to my system and did the online registration linked on the FAQs at LaunchWorks.net. It's been almost four months
since then and I have no confirmation that my registration was received/successful.

Is there someone who can help me with this and confirm if everything's a-ok? I completed the challenge for beating Eyedol w/ two characters prior to the June 16th deadline and would love to get a pin promo code when they are sent out.

And moreover, is there a way I can have the email address associated with my registration updated? I've changed addresses -- though I do still have access to the old one -- and would like to be sure it is current/up-to-date.

Same thing happened to me only after the update and 1.5 years of data lost? =/ i recently before the update had changed my gt, wonder if that affected anything

Still no update to the Daily Challenge Leaderboard for me. One of the other players has appeared on the Leaderboard for June but my totals are still missing. I have completed all the Challenges for today, June 1.
