I bought modern warfare on my xbox...but it broke, i bought a new one and cant remember the gamertag o number or password. I dont know what to do.

my current gamertag is 2 years old, which is when i bought the xbox one ... i bought my 360 in 2011, but i lost my old gamertag email.

if I understand the problem correctly you've got a new XBOX and wish to get your games back on it which you previously had on your prior XBOX? Do you still have the old XBOX - if so what's wrong with it? Maybe it can still be repaired which would allow you
to recover your gamertag?

You can always recuperate your account if you have access to the email associated with it.

Without the email or gamertag, they have no way of even knowing which account is yours

Im not sure how you want us to help you here.

To access your purchases you need to login on the account that bought them.

You really need to know the login email address and password. Do you still have the email receipt you were sent when you bought the game? That's a start point at least!
