    Greetings Enforcement Team,

    A few days ago I found my Gamerscore to be 0 instead of over 100,000. No matter if I check on Xbox 360 or Xbox one, both consoles show a zero Gamerscore. I already contacted the German Xbox phone support, but they directed me to this forum here, because
    they didn't have a solution.

    Can you please check why my Gamerscore suddenly went to zero?

    I want to know why my gamerscore is 32k less is any issue or I lost my points!?

    Lost my Gamerscore points why

    Looks like you are a victim of the random bug where someone looses a chunk of Gamerscore for some reason.

    It should return within the next few days by itself.

    It's not a Gamerscore reset as you still have a lot of xbox 360 achievements.

    If your Gamerscore doesn't return after a few days post back here.

    I suspect you've had a Gamerscore reset for having a modded Gamerscore.

    You need to post here to find out for sure

    You could also try & unlock an achievement you had before your Gamerscore went to 0,if you can't unlock one then you've been reset.

    I have while playing GTA V Online noticed that my Gamerscoure points are gone .

    I own my gamertag since 2008 and am Daily Online and games. Since a week I have the Xbox One since XBL has hung. The German team has sent me to this forum. Please help me.
