    Lost My Gamerscore, Need Resolved


    Yesterday i realized my gamerscore dropped significantly, I was real close to 45,000 now im sitting at nearly 37,000. The only thing i can think of of that caused this would be a few days ago , i went to change my theme on xbox one to show achievement art,
    i clicked on it twice it said error cannot load try again later, well i tried later a 3rd time said error then another message popped up saying something up u will not loose any achievements, i didnt think anything of it at the time,, then couple days go
    by before i notice it...but thats only i can think of that caused it.I contacted chat support no help, they said to just write MY PROBLEM on forums. I have been an xbox box live member for 7 years, spent a lot of time and money to get my gamerscore up, i have
    gamerscore pride, Please help resolve this matter asap

    MY ACHIEVEMENTS ARE SCREWED UP AND IM NOT LABELED A CHEATER

    So every time I get an achievement, my gamerscore says zero and that I need to play games to earn gamerscore. Then when I restart my console or reconnect to XBL it says that I have all my achievements back except for the one I just earned. Please HELP!!!
    I have already lost like 200 Gamerscore from new games!

    That is correct most likely a graphical or temporary error I strongly recommend logging in online and checking.

    That is correct most likely a graphical or temporary error I strongly recommend logging in online and checking.
