    Lost my gamerscore but still have achievements unlocked


    so I lost a lot of my gamerscore been contacting Microsoft about this issue for a long time over a year. Talked to at least 15 employees on the phone wasted hours and hours on this issue this is my last resort.

    I have tried everything. Literally. I have the achievements unlocked with the dates except the ones I got off line. And it shows all the achievements unlocked when you click on the game but its not getting added to my total score. If you can help me would
    be great considering i lost 10 years of achievement earning... and ice spent thousands of dollars in your games and service. 10 year vet.

    Lost Gamerscore but show unlocked achievements when open game! What is going on????! I’ve lost over 50,000 gamerscore when I transfer my account to a Xbox one console! I’ve worked hard for those points

    Mass Effect Lost Achievements

    I unlocked two achievements in Mass Effect earlier when the Gamerscore reset. One of them was for killing 1000 enemies. Now that I have my gamerscore back those achievements have no't registered. Are they lost now?

    At the time of this posting, I see 14,647 gamerscore on your profile. Is that how much you are meant to have, or do you have more?

    Missing gamerscore problems, if not a result of an Enforcement action, are likely GS from Xbox 360 games being incorrectly taken off due to a server issue or glitch. At the time of this posting, there are some Xbox Live server issues,
    mainly concerning the Store... which could be the culprit of your gamerscore not adding up correctly. You can see more details about server status here: https://xbox.com/status

    Continue playing and have patience. This issue is usually temporary from what I've seen with other people.

    I just noticed a lot of the achievements I have unlocked have the date of 1/1/1753 ? I think that might be one of the issues. How did my games glitch like that.

    Problem with Achievements on Xbox ONE and on Xbox.com

    I'm having a similar issue but little different. I have no problem unlocking achievements, but I lost 5k gamerscore from all my previous Xbox one achievements.

    You have probably had a gamerscore reset of your Xbox 360 achievements. You should be able to find out more about this at enforcement.xbox.com.

    Gamerscore resets are issued for cheating or tampering with the achievements. Likely problems include having online-only achievements "unlocked offline", for example the Halo games' Vidmaster challenges and Gears of War "ranked" achievements. If your gamerscore
    has been reset, you have lost all 360 achievements you had at the time, even those unlocked legitimately, and will not be able to unlock them again on this gamertag.

    All my X1 achievements have gone from my gamerscore

    My friend also has this glitch, he lost about 11.000 gamerscore. He said today achievements are showing as unlocked again and tracking % is back, but the games still show 0% completed, 0/1000 gs.
