Lost my Fallout 3 Redemption code after losing access to Xbox messages

I received a redemption code for Fallout 3 after pre-purchasing Fallout 4 for Xbox One. Before i could redeem the code, all my messages on Xbox have become inaccessible and i'm no longer able to access the code. After contacting customer support i was directed
to post here to try to redeem the lost code. I was wondering if there is any way i can get a replacement, or even better, a copy of the original code that was sent.

i lost my fallout 3 redemption code from my fallout 4 purchase on November 11 because the message I received the code in was auto deleted from my console. How can I get the redemption code back?

We received the message with the Fallout 3 redemption code but did not know the message expired after 30 days. Please resend the redemption code so we may get our copy of Fallout 3.

Unfortunately, once a message has been deleted from your account, it cannot be retrieved. Usually a code cannot be resent either.

Also remember that Xbox Live messages expire after 30 days, so remember to use any codes you receive before that time!

No, this doesn't help. My messages, including the code that was send LESS THAN 5 DAYS PREVIOUS, were REMOVED and/or DELETED from my account without my knowing. This is a problem. I was GOING To use my code within 30 days. I didn't get much of a chance.

Sorry about that.

Your messages would only have been removed/deleted if they are more than 30 days old, or were deleted by somebody using your account (perhaps someone else has access to your console?).

There is a chance that Xbox Support might be able to help get the code back (cannot make any promises), but usually once a message is deleted it can't be retrieved.

Other than that, there is nothing else to suggest except wait for Xbox Support to comment here (should be up to 72 hours).
