Lost my Fallout 3 code

Hi. I pre-ordered Fallout 4 about a month ago, and I'm now trying to get the pre-order bonus of Fallout 3 for the 360. They sent me a message a while back, but I didn't redeem it at the time. I tried to find the message, but I can't find it anywhere,
not even here on xbox.com.



I spoke with an ambassador, and they referred me to this forum. Could someone help me out?
