Lost my email

I'm afraid only Xbox Support is able to help you sort this issue. Since you didn't receive the codes (Be sure to check the spam folder) you need to contact them again to see if there are any other ways on how to get the email address to the account.

The people in the forums can't help with an issue like this.

I also wanted to mention that if the gamertag is on your console and set to remember the password then sign in on it on the console and watch the upper right hand corner. The email address will show up for you there.

Contacting Xbox Customer Support can be done by following these steps:

Log into Support.Xbox.com

• Scroll down, Click on Contact Us
• Step 2 : Select Billing and accounts then See other options
• Step 3 : Select your Issue – Recover my account
  • Select - Show contact options
  • Select – Request a call from Support

I am very sorry that you are going through this situation. Please note that Microsoft support cannot tell you your email address, even if you know your gamertag. They only offer some steps to identify the email if the account is open on other devices, you can check it here

When this happens, users must identify if they sent an email to someone from their account, so they can check with that person for the email address from which they received the message.
