    Lost my DLC


    So about a year ago I bought the Call of Duty Black Ops 2 Season Pass on my Xbox one S. Everything worked great however when I just upgraded to a Xbox Series S, it showed that I never owned the season pass. I checked my games and apps did everything I was told and recommended to do. I went through and even checked my payment history and now it's not there either which is impossible because it was working perfectly fine before I upgraded.

    So I'm trying to either get the season pass back some how or get a refund as I am not paying $50 again for it.

    Hello,

    You will only be able to download the content you purchased on that original account. If you can't access that account for whatever reason you will need to contact phone support for assistance with that. If it's locked due to some sort of billing issue, only
    phone support can assist with that. Until you gain access to that account, you won't be able to download any content you previously purchased on the account in question.

    There is no network problem? The problem is that the hoi4 game and its DLC's are not appearing in the xbox app store. I can still play the game as it appears in my library, but, the DLC's are simply not in the store anymore. So, I lost all my DLC's I purchased.
