    Please help me find my email associated to my original account. I've got the gamertag, the recovery mail (the secondary, not the @outlook.com), the passwords but I cannot log in my account. Please help me find out a solution!

    Hey there Vandelizm,

    Sorry to hear you're having issues with your account's e-mail.

    If you've completely lost access to your e-mail account, you should give a call to
    Phone Support to work on getting your account issue sorted.

    Can you sign in Xbox live with a different E-mail account?

    So, I have already an Xbox Live user and my E-mail account I used to sign in Xbox Live is about to close. Can I use a different E-mail account to sign in Live with the same user?

    It's important, because I have all my achievements/ plus friends in this user and I cannot try it out, because I have not created another E-mail account, yet.

    You would need to contact xbox support by going Here give them the gamertag if they can verify ownership of the account then they can give you the email address associated with the account.

    Once you get the email for the account you can then go to account.live.com/acsr and try to recover the account.

    No Microsoft agent can do this, if you do not have account access you will have to fill in the account recovery form.
