Lost my account xbox and my password

lost my accounts password

so i lost my xbox lives password...

i know the email... it was made basicly when the xbox360 elite came out...

but the recovery options seem to fail to recover it sends a email to that email (non-existant)

and theres almost nothing a remember about it.... is there anyway they can contect me via my gamer tag?

also i noticed on another email i got a email conferming a prepaid card i recently used yet there appears no way to recover the account with that email (no options for it)

normaly this wouldnt be a problem... but i recently tryed switching the data to another hard drive and to sign in the new hard drive needs the password....

and trainsfer cable doesnt transfer that saved option/data on it

any advice what to do or am i doomed to wait?

If you've already filled an application to retrieve your information, then unfortunately yes you must wait for Microsoft to approve or deny the application.

Windows Live ID's are tricky, if you can't access your e-mail or answer security validation then there's nothing anyone can do. If you call Xbox and answer their security information they can give you the e-mail you signed up with, but the password not so
much.
