    Lost my account on 360


    So about a year i lost my account due to my usb being formatted while still inserted in the Xbox

    I was wondering if i can recover and fix the account to make it actually work

    The account was used as a test account and I kept on it since i was a youngling.

    I dont have access to the password and the email belongs to a place that doesnt exist

    Any help?

    In order to recover your Microsoft account you would need to go through the account recover form online. I would advise that you take a look at the following support article and follow the steps properly so that you can attempt to recover the account.

    Just answer the questions throughout the support page and it will guide you through the proper steps to recover your account.

    You can follow the steps below to try to remember the email address and reset the password for your Microsoft account:

    If the above steps do not work, your only option is to fill the recovery form. In the article below you can get detailed information on how to fill the form:

    The Microsoft recovery form is available at:

    If when you try to fill the recovery form you receive a message that your account does not exist anymore, unfortunately you will not be able to recover your account.

    No Microsoft employee can help users recovering their accounts. They only instruct you on how to fill the recovery form. So that's the only available option for a hacked account.

    If you talk to a Microsoft support advocate, he/she will tell you the same thing. They are not allowed and have no access to change anything on a user account. I hope you understand.
