Lost Money from Account

Upon firing up my Xbox last week after returning from a trip, I found that the balance in my account was gone and it was set to $0.00.

I chatted with the someone from general Xbox support but they said there's nothing that could be done and that I needed to speak with someone from Xbox Live Rewards. So here I am

Can that balance be put back, please? And what can be done to ensure this doesn't happen again?

Harmonix may have lost sales through limited avaiabilty, but you have to take into account the money that harmonix got from MS to secure the exclusive. I bet that little wdge helped to secure the Beatles exclusive that they have got which will be a nice little earner for them at $250 for the full mystery pack.

Sign in to your Microsoft account to find out what happened to the funds, you would would need to contact support directly for any billing issues. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or Contact Us | Xbox Support

We see that our last deposit into your account was made on February 12th, 2014. Since promotional currencies expire one year after depositing, they would have expired by now if you have not spent them. We have not performed any currency deposits since that
date. You can see a full list of your Credit and deposit history from the MyRewards pages MyStatement, which can be sort/viewed by lifetime.

Since we have not had any recent activity on your account, your missing balance would not have been from a Rewards deposit. Additionally, we can only assist with Credits while they are in your Rewards Account. You would have to reach out to Xbox support
for any assistance with any currency issues with your Microsoft Account.
