Lost minecraft items

In 2019 I bought the xBox 1s minecraft masters collection. I had DL everything right, all the extra content, and played it for almost a year. I even DL the Toy story pack. Well today I went to play it and let my 3 year old roam around on minecraft to find out ALL MY DLCs are gone. The master collection has been replaced with the game pass version and I have nothing of my purchase. How can I fix this to have to correct items I've bought and PAID FOR? I have turned it off and back on. I have uninstalled it but it doesnt give me the option to get my master collection, only the game pass one. Needs to be fixed

First, check if you can find your game in your purchase history and purchase status. If you find the purchase status is ''completed'' go to the console, log in with the account that purchased the game and click the menu button on the game icon, go to manage games and add-ons, and see if the DLC's appear to be installed

If you don't find the game, it means the purchase was made with another account.

Thanks for reaching out so quickly and wanting to help. There were no purchased items. I obtained all items by myself. Can you still solve it even if I'm on playstation 4?

In this case, please try to reinstall the game and sign in with your account again. If the issue persists, you would need to contact Mojang for this.
