Lost minecraft account after migrating

Hello again, try to contact Xbox Support, there have been some has been an issue since yesterday and I'll guess it is been worked on, I'll suggest you try again after a few hours and also try using multiple browsers as well.

I wrote a ticket on minecraft help center but firstly helper said that they can't help me, and after forwarding my ticket to company reprensentative, helper told me that they cannot help me because the game was purchased on Xbox Game Pass and because of that he told me that I should go to Microsoft for assistant, so here I am waiting for help.

Based on your description, you are trying to get back to your account after you migrated from Mojang to Microsoft. We understand that you would like to sign in and use the old account for the game instead of accessing the new account. We would like to set your expectation that Community doesn't have the ability to check or handle account/refund concerns since we do not have the right tool to process such request. However, we can walk you through the Minecraft website and show you how to sign in with your account. If you believe that you have tried the right account but the game you once played with Minecraft is not showing, please contact Mojang Support.

How to sign in to Minecraft website after migrating Mojang to Minecraft account.

• By signing in to your account, you will be prompted with this screen. Visit: Log in | Minecraft

• If you notice the blue boxed option is the one with button. You will see the message: Sign in with Microsoft. You will use this button to sign in with Microsoft account which you migrated your Mojang with.
  
• Meanwhile, the yellow boxed one on the screenshot, this part will be used for signing in Mojang account.
  
• This prompt is very similar to what you will be seeing on Minecraft Launcher. Try to do select the blue boxed option or select the button for Sign in with Microsoft, to access your Microsoft account.
