Lost microsoft password, can't access All Access

Hi there

I purchased the Xbox Series S with the All Access Gamepass for my kids. I am now completely locked out of my account with no way to access any of this.

I have tried the security form- tells me I'm not entering enough information

Xbox Support- less than helpful. Basically told me that I'm likely permanently locked out of my account.

Gamestop- super helpful but there wasn't much they could do on the store support side, has to go through xbox.

I don't care about the account itself, I just want to have access to the gamepass that I'm paying for. Is there anyone that can give me some advice?

The account you are referencing, is it your account or your child's account that you do not have access to? Also, did you attempt to reset the password and the security info was not correct? Do you have a case number that our support team provided you? I see that you mentioned security and would review the Security and verification code section. I'm afraid there is not way to link or merge two (or more) Xbox Live Accounts in to 1 account.

You will have to get access to that original Microsoft Account to get access to that Xbox Live Account, maybe the steps or links on this page will be able to regain access to that MS account:

That link will have all options on how to try and get access again to the account up to contacting Xbox Support.

If you have lost access to your old account use Lost account solution, then you could access your old purchases and
progress

As onyxishere said, the password is not stored anywhere for people to access. However, you can attempt to use this guide to reset that password if you haven't already.
