Lost Microsoft account

Hello, my microsoft account disappeared from one day to the next without sending any e-mail or confirmation. I think it's from a virus. Is it possible to recover it since i had multiple games on this account?

if you cannot access your microsoft account and have 2fa active then they are right all is lost, and as the microsoft account is the account that minecraft migrated too you have now lost minecraft if you cannot access the microsoft account.

The page will have steps for a Lost password but also a Lost account.
