Lost Microsoft account on ps4

I made a Microsoft account at the beginning of the year but my account is logged off on my ps4. I can't remember the information for the account like email and password. Is there a way I can find this stuff out so I can play with cross-play with friends again? Every time I try the accounts I can think of it gives me a message saying that my Minecraft account already has a Microsoft account linked to it but its not logged in.

I didn't understand exactly what is your issue. You are having issues login with Minecraft on PS4? Do you get any error message? If so, can you share a screenshot of it?
