    I currently own 14 systems in my home ranging from the NES up to the ps4 and only one of those systems I have issues with and thats my Xbox 360 and it's messed up disc drive. I am shocked that there is nothing that can be done except to charge me $79+ dollars
    to ship it in and get it looked at. It just really sucks because I was on the boarder on buying the Titan fall bundle but this tipped me the other way. I went from buying two 360 and my collection of 64 games plus all my online downloads to going with the
    playstation...

    hope ur happy microsoft u just lost a long term customer....ill never spend another nickle on this garbage system...and ive been here since original xbox....b4 pussies could report ppl.....all that feature did was ruin xbox....get ur **** together

    sorry your having problems, sounds like you have quite a gaming setup, however sending your Xbox in for repair is the only way to go at this point. Any system can beak down...sorry it had to be yours. Good luck and I hope to see you on the box.

    microsoft lost their edge a long time ago, everyone knows the company ( in the long term) is in trouble, but it can easily change around if they work for it.

    Yes, this is correct.

    No headaches, I solved my issue.

    BUT, Microsoft DELIBERATELY makes it much more difficult to cancel/stop a charge, and it is this policy that has caused me problems, but mostly just wasted my invaluable time.

    They have lost a long-term, loyal customer, and I think others should be aware of why.
