Lost login and password for old account

I have an old account that I'm trying to get back but I made it when I was like 13 or so and i can't the enough questions right and it has an old old phone number I don't have anymore and an old card number that I don't have anymore and I can't get into
it what do I do to get it back

Hypothetical question about account bans and game sharing

They can play game you purchased on home console without using your account login. So, they are not using your account to play online. Not unless someone fooled you into getting your account password.

To be clear, you've tried the account recovery steps here (Recover your account)
to get back into your account correct?

 

So it sounds like if you have not answered enough of the questions correctly on the recovery site and received an email saying that you havent answered enough correctly and still have that email and have a console that your profile has been on previously
you can contact xbox support by going to support.xbox.com/contact-us and have them do a forgotten password escalation which is where they will fill out a form asking you questions about the console you have had the profile on previously and a reference number
from the email that said you didnt provide them with enough information.

Now if you do not have a console that your profile was on previously then you would need to continue to fill the form out till you get enough questions correct.
