    XBOX Live connection

    My son's Xbox live account cannot connect to xbox live anymore. I went throught the connection test with success, but when I try using his account it states "Your connection to xbox Live has been lost. Please try again". I am able to connect with another
    gamertag.

    And I'm also getting kicked from Battlefield 4 after a few minutes too. "lost connection to xbox live" "lost connection to EA servers". Then check xbox live connection and it says everything is fine. :(

    Yes it's connected to live and everything is up to date has a wired connection 24/7. That's why I'm so lost lol ONLY my account does it. I'm a part of the "preview" program could that be it?
