Lost Live Connection while playing

Everytime I try playing BC games I got a message that I got disconnected from Live along with this error code: 8015190A. I've heard that this error is something related to nat, but my nat it's always "open" and it only occurs when playing BC games.

I've tried the avatar change and deleting the profile and then downloading again on console, it doesnt work, now I'm getting this new message:

"Sorry, there's a problem with the credentials that you're using to sign in. Go to https://account.live.com to fix the problem."

When I access this site, all my info/credentials are ok, no warning/changes made, nothing wrong at all.

One quick thing to add:

If I try connecting to Xbox Live while in the Xbox Video App it just says "Your connection to Xbox Live was lost…" so for whatever reason it just won't let me connect to Live when I'm in that app.

im brigadier on halo reach and have played on an offline profile for over a year, and only just recently got live. so if i play reach while im connected, i'll lose progress?

Same exact thing has happened to me twice. The first was only about 20 mins into a game, but last night I lost around four hours of work in my cave after I finally found redstone and gold...

But yeah I've noticed that the auto-save doesn't do a thing. I'm not sure of the point of it at all, especially since the game mentions it when you boot it up. I don't even think anything would happen if you turned off your console when it shows the icon
like it says not to.
