I recently purchased an Xbox One, but cannot find the email I was sent with the Killer Instinct loyalty code anymore. Just wondering if its possible to resend the code, thanks.

Don't worry you can get the code back! You will have to contact someone from the support team and they should be able to help. Just wait for a Official Support member to respond on this thread and they will walk you through it.

I'm sorry you were given incorrect information. Unfortunately the Killer Instinct code was a time limited offer and cannot be resent.

Be sure to double check your trash and spam folders to ensure it's not in there.

Just for future reference, even if you don't have a console you can still redeem the code on the website and then download the item when you get the console.
