My email was deleted some time ago and I never got to redeem it. I'm a nearly 8yr Xbox live member and was told by support to post on here for help from the support team on here. How can I retrieve my unused code

Unfortunately, those codes had an expiration date which has come and gone. Even if you were to get the code back, it's too late to redeem it. Sorry, but you would have had a better chance if you had contacted support as soon as you had deleted the e-mail.

I'm sorry you were given incorrect information. Unfortunately the Killer Instinct code was a time limited offer and cannot be resent.

Be sure to double check your trash and spam folders to ensure it's not in there.

Just for future reference, even if you don't have a console you can still redeem the code on the website and then download the item when you get the console.
