lost items while retrieving them from mailbox

Not sure if this is the forum for this, but the blizzard battle.net site seems useless, Has anyone lost items when trying to retrieve a bunch from the mailbox? i pulled some out and then the game crashed. got back in, and all the items that I retrieved
were missing. Any thoughts as to who would be the best one to contact to get them restored?

How rampant are the issues with this title?

Congrats if you ended up downloading Honest Hearts and enjoy it. but for me, I believe it did cause some glitches. First off, first time playing New Vegas after downloading it, I lost a game full of items I had collected. I was storing all my items throughout
the whole main game in a mailbox in Goodsprings, never had any issues, downloaded Honest Hearts and started from my last save to play it, the mailbox was empty. All the weapons, food, miscellaneous items, I had collected for the whole game were gone.

Secondly, forgot about the playing the slots 10 times achievement while going through the game, and when I went into the casinos to pick it up, now I'm getting a "invalid chiptype in inventory" message. I've looked online about this message, and it is a
problem that other people are having, but haven't a found a way to fix it. But this is something else that only started happening after downloading Honest Hearts, so...

I need help finding an email address and password for my Luckzameterz account!!!

I lost the email and password to my gametag which is Luckzameterz and I need Help retrieving them please! I've tried everything but forgot and can not find them

blizzard would be the ones you gotta talk to. not sure if they could do that. whatever you lost, you would have found better loot as you kept playing. so i wouldn't worry to much about it. most of the time the gift items i get are weaker then what i already
have. so i just wind up selling them off.

Same issue-- lost saved game. Couldn't retrieve save from either my PC or Mac while logged into steam.

I had recovered the drum and King Olaf's lost verse before I had either quest and was able to get the quests later then turn around and tell them I had already retrieved the items. King Olaf's lost verse I was able to get rid of but I'm still lugging around
that damn drum and the flute
